If I’m interested in becoming a vendor for Spring at the Silos, do I have to apply online?

Yes. Anyone interested in becoming a vendor for this year’s Spring at the Silos must submit an application online in order to be considered. Sadly, we are not able to accept any applications delivered by mail, email or in-person.

If I am selected as a vendor, do I have to accept the invitation to participate?

No. If you are selected to participate as a vendor, you will have the opportunity to either accept or decline the invitation.

What forms do I have to provide if selected as a vendor? Is there a vendor fee?

All vendors must present a copy of their Texas sales permit, a certificate of insurance for a $1 million general liability policy, a signed vendor agreement (provided by Magnolia), a signed social media policy (provided by Magnolia) and a vendor fee of $1,500.

How and when will I be notified if I am selected to participate as a vendor?

Selected applicants will be notified in January. All vendors who submit an application will receive a status update via email to the email address provided on the application.

If I am not selected to participate in this year’s Spring at the Silos, how can I receive updates about similar opportunities for future Magnolia events?

Application information for all future vendor fairs will be communicated via Magnolia’s official social channels.

How many guests are expected to attend this year’s Spring at the Silos?

We are anticipating more than 40,000 guests during Spring at the Silos weekend.

What materials or setup supplies are provided to Spring at the Silos vendors?

Magnolia will provide all vendors with the following:

  • A 10’ x 10’ or 10′ x 20′ covered space (tent provided by Magnolia)
  • Access to one standard electrical outlet
  • Nearby security and access to Wifi

When does the Spring at the Silos vendor application close?

The application will close at 11:59 p.m. CST on Friday, December 17th.
